Print Shipping Label
Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid UPS shipping label provided through our automated system.
Package Your Jewelry
Place the items in their original Miansai velvet pouch and box, ensuring they are securely packed to prevent damage during transit.
Drop Off and Track
Drop your package at any authorized UPS location; your refund or exchange will be processed within 7-10 business days of receipt at our warehouse.
